1. Where did you grow up and go to primary and secondary school?
I was born in Hamilton and started school at Kent Road Primary School, which sadly is no longer a school. I moved to Bairnsdale when I was 11 and I completed grade 5 and 6 at Bairnsdale Primary School. I then went onto Bairnsdale High School.
2. Where did you go to university?
I didn’t go to university as I left school to complete an apprenticeship but sadly the industry wasn’t for me. I spent some time in Melbourne before moving back to Bairnsdale where I landed a job at Repco Auto Spares where I worked up until I started a family.
3. How long have you been involved in education?
In 2011 I completed an Education Support Staff certificate at the Bairnsdale Tafe College and in 2012 I began working part time at Bairnsdale Primary School where I have now been for the past 7 years.
4. What do you like to do with your spare time?
I love spending time with my family and following our children to all their various sporting activities. I wish I could say I love gardening and housework but its not nice to tell lies, however I love to bake when I get time and visit my family in Melbourne.
